One of the original 16 and also younger brother of Deda, he is the youngest of the group at the age of 13 he is a genius when it comes to deciphering movements and techniques that he's seen or read about only once. Many of the other teachers have come to him for understanding on some of their techniques. Unlike his brother, Samhial is kind and understanding, choosing to train by being patient and loving to his students. He's seen always guiding them gently, correcting any movements that are incorrect with a guiding gentle hand. He can be found directly next to his older brother living in Shinjuku and they both train their students on the outskirts of the village where you can see Samhial disagreeing with how his brother trains the would be insect breathers.

Flower breathing special ability
Once per topic in a group where the user has used Second Form Honorable Shadow Plum as their last attack they can protect another person with their attack. (they will break post order to state they are using the attack to lower damage to said person)

Breathing techniques

Second Form: Honorable Shadow Plum- The user releases several rotating sword slashes that deflects incoming physical attacks. If this attack is used as your last attack and it's successful should physical damage be dealt to you decrease it by 2 per hit. Samhial teaches this technique to you for the selection exam. -20 breath

Fourth Form: Crimson Hanagoromo- The user unleashes single sword slash that curves and twists gracefully. This attack gives a +3 to damage dealt. Samhial will teach this to you after the selection exam and you have trained with him for 1000 words(doesn't have to be all at once) -10 breath.

Fifth Form: Peonies of Futility- The user unleashes a flurry of nine consecutive attacks that flow and weave in on themselves. +1 to hit do to it's enrapturing nature. Train with Samhial for 1000 words. -10 breath

Sixth Form: Whirling Peach- A technique used after or during evasion, the user spins around moving with their body weight to deliver an attack. -1 to be hit and +1 to hit. Train with Samhial for 1500 words. -10 breath

Final Form: Equinoctial Vermilion Eye-A focusing technique that raises the user's kinetic vision to its maximum, while using this technique the user perceives the world as if it were in slow motion. Usage of the technique, however, is highly dangerous, as the tremendous strain on the eyes could cause blood vessels to rupture and lead to partial or complete blindness.This technique is still usable even if the user only has one fully functional eye. Once activated for the duration of this ability the user receives a -2 to be hit however using this for extended periods also causes blindness. After 4 posts of using this technique a dice needs to be rolled if unsuccessful the user will start to permanently lose vision in their eyes. After 5 posts accumulate of failed rolls the user will go blind in one eye this happens for both eyes. Due to the danger of this technique Samhial hates teaching it and won't even bring it up til you've made it to at least the rank of Hinoe with 1 ranked demon battle. Must train with Samhial for 2500 words. upkeep of 10 breath per post

After learning the final form Samhial will give you his papers and knowledge to be used for yourself to create other breathing techniques.
